The prepaid customer hasno contractual obligationswith peoplefone and usually has a smaller call volume. He manages his accountBuy credititself and tops up credit. The current credit status can be viewed in the customer account.
If your company has low monthly telephone costs, use the PREPAID solution with the following conditions:
Top up your balance with various payment methods
No contract and no notice periods
Credit on the peoplefone account online at any time
Adjustable email notification when the balance falls below the desired amount
Payment history with PDF statement in the peoplefone account online at any time
HOW CAN I BUY CREDIT?
You can purchase credit online at any time in your peoplefone account in the SERVICE menu, Purchase / Order submenu.
Payments by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) and PayPal take a few minutes.
For advance transfers via e-banking, the credit to your peoplefone account can take 2-3 working days.

WHAT IS A POSTPAID CUSTOMER?Payment by invoice or SEPA direct debit
The postpaid customer receives a monthly invoice by email. If your company has a minimum net turnover of EUR 9.90 in telephone costs and prefers payment by SEPA direct debit or invoice, use the POSTPAID solution with the following conditions:
Signing the peoplefone business contract
You will receive monthly invoices by email or post
Notice period four weeks to the end of the month
Debit will be made approximately 1 week after invoicing
Only SEPA direct debit possible
Payment by invoice / by bank transfer
The following customers can pay by bank transfer:
Customers from Switzerland
Customers of public institutions
Medium-sized customers - Minimum purchase at peoplefone: €250 - Schufa credit rating better than score 250 (alternative: deposit)
